Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of our business, orders require a 1-7 day processing time. Once your order is processed and packaged we will try our best to ship all orders within 1-5 business days. 

• Once your order has been accepted by USPS, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package has not been delivered after 45 days of shipment and does not have a delivery confirmation from the courier, we will work with you to have the order reprocessed. 
• Missing Packages: We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. However, to provide the best service possible, we will attempt to make every effort to help you locate your missing items. If a delivery confirmation was issued, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the courier.
