Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we may provide the best service possible in resolving the issue.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom orders are final sale items and are not eligible for refund, exchange or return. If you have an issue with an order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Products can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached. If you would like a refund on your purchase, please fill out the return form. Refunds are not issued until the return has been received, inspected and accepted.
The proof of original purchase by original purchaser is required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refunds will be issued less any shipping cost. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange an item, for faster service, please first follow the return procedure. Once your return is accepted, you may purchase the item you choose to replace it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective or damage item, please send us an email at email@example.com with valid proof of purchase as well as photos of defects/damages. You may return the detective item to: PO Box 247, Farmington, MI 48332, United States.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your return is rejected, a refund will not be issued and restocking fee of 2% of the your order total or $20, whichever is greater, will apply.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items ineligible for returns, refunds or exchanges
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only issue a refund with valid proof of purchase.
Items marked as "preorder" are not currently in stock in our shop, but are available to purchase at a discounted rate while the item is still in production. Each preorder item will have an expected stocking date listed in the description, as well as the description of the item you are purchasing. Once the preorder items arrive in stock we will ship them to our customers as soon as possible. Preorders will be shipped in the order they were placed.
If you choose to purchase preorder items at the same time as in-stock items, please be aware these items will ship at the same time (once the preorder items are in stock). If you would like your in-stock items to ship before the preorder items, please purchase them separately.
Preorders cancelled within 10 days are eligible for a full refund. Preorders cancelled outside the 10-day window will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase. Once your preorder has been shipped to you it may not be cancelled. Return protocol will be followed for all items being returned.
